We didn't find this problem in a boardroom. We found it at the bedside.

Founder & CEO
Continuum Care Solutions was not built in a boardroom. It was built at the bedside. As a registered nurse who has worked inside Atlanta’s hospital systems, Krystal George has seen firsthand what happens when a patient is ready to leave the hospital — but has nowhere safe to go. She has watched clinically stable patients occupy beds that higher-acuity patients desperately need, not because they required hospital-level care, but because discharging them meant discharging them to nothing.
She has seen the cycle that results. A patient is discharged to an environment that cannot support their recovery — a home without heat, a shelter without privacy, a street without sanitation. Within days or weeks, they return. The same patient, the same presentation, the same revolving door. In healthcare, we call them frequent flyers. What they really are is a system failure with a name.
Continuum Care Solutions is the answer to that failure. It exists to free up hospital beds by giving medically complex patients a dignified, private, clinically informed environment to complete their recovery — and to do it in a way that supports the hospital’s workflow rather than adding to it. With a background in nursing, business administration, and executive leadership with a healthcare concentration, Krystal brings a rare combination of clinical credibility and operational discipline to a space that has long needed both.
